No Farmers.

A Brief History...

Frank Harlan and his wife and partner of 15 years, Molly Cartwright have combined their unique pasts and ever-changing skillsets to create a contemporary outdoor rental venue that is the perfect setting for small weddings and afternoon garden party receptions.

Prior to 2009, Frank Harlan performed, and produced 100's of special events -- private and public for more that 25 years. Since '09, as a Certified Humanist Celebrant, Harlan has produced and performed hundreds of secular weddings and hosted dozens of wedding receptions for the couples he has married.

From his experiences at wedding venues -- large and small all over Washington, the one thing Harlan noticed was that for smaller gatherings there were very limited venue resources. Becasue the property offers a park-like setting, Frank and Molly chose to specialize in supporting afternoon garden party-style productions.
