"If you're like 38% of Americans today, you're not a member of an organized church.

Frank Harlan presides over Non-religious Wedding Ceremonies, creative Elopement-style celebrations and LGBT Commitment Ceremonies. He is one of Seattle’s most exciting Officiants, and the preferred Officiant for couples of a more Secular nature who, fall in love and want to get married! Many of Frank’s clients agree that he is not your average Wedding Officiant; he's like an Officiant, and special event coordinator. No matter the size of your event, Frank can preside over your ceremony and assist you in planning your wedding day celebration!

Wedding Day Marriage Ceremonies

Frank offers wedding ceremonies as intimate as an Elopement ceremony that consists of only the bride, the groom and a couple of witnesses, to a family-size wedding celebration with dozens of friends, or a full-on friends and family affair with several attendants and hundreds, of guests!

LGBT Commitment Ceremonies
Domestic Partnerships are recognized in Washington! Many Gay and Lesbian couples choose to make their Affirmations of Love as Life Partners with a formal Commitment Ceremony. You do not have to be a registered Washington State Domestic Partnership to have a Commitment Ceremony.

Creative and Themed Nuptial Celebrations
Are you the Anti-Bride? Is your style a little offbeat? Edgy? Perhaps, to some, over the top? Then you want an Officiant like Frank; someone who “gets it” and can actually assist you in enhancing your vision of a wedding day celebration.

Day of Event Services
Frank Harlan has more than 20 years of professional experience as an entertainer and special event producer. He offers Day of Event Coordination services for weddings and private events. Frank has the know how to properly organize and sequence all the elements of your wedding day celebration so that you can relax and be the stars of the show!
