Seattle based Officiant Frank Harlan performs personalized Non-religious Wedding Ceremonies and LGBT Commitment Ceremonies. He is the preferred Officiant for couples of a more Secular nature, who choose to put their faith in a partnership based in mutual love and devotion. As your Officiant and ceremony director, Frank will assist you in crafting a coupling ceremony that you will be proud to share with your family and friends. No matter the size of your gathering, all ceremonies are personalized to reflect your relationship and be an intimate and open expression of the love, and affection you have for each other. Couples who work with Frank will tell you, “He’s not your average wedding officiant. He is equal parts advisor, script writer, event coordinator, director and emcee.” His experience as a special event producer makes him a great resource to brides or grooms, and one of Seattle's most exciting officiants! |
