Officiant Frank Harlan has choreographed and presided over wedding ceremonies hosted at dozens of popular Seattle area locations including Herban Feast, Georgetown Ballroom, The Corson Building, Museum of Flight , Seattle Tennis Club, Seattle Space Needle, The Canal in Ballard, Stemson-Green Mansion on Capitol Hill, Clise Mansion at Marymoor Park and the Skansonia on Lake Union . Smaller and more intimate ceremonies have taken place at a variety of public locations including the Pike Place Market, the Arboretum, Parson’s Rose Garden, West Seattle’s Water Taxi Dock, Alki Beach and even on downtown condo rooftops.
