Creative Producer, Frank Harlan is always on the look-out for uniquely talented entertainers, creative individuals and Visual Performance Artists with a history in circus, street or live theater.

Frank Harlan's Comedy Entertainment Programs are currently adding to our roster of original acts, unique live performers and rare oddities.

We are currently in building a data-base of: low-riders with customized and "pimped-out" automobiles, hip-hop and break dancers, innovative musicians and physical and visual performance artists of any kind.
